Breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day. Mainly because I love eggs, and when I have eggs breakfast, I really look forward to it.

However, I really love hot oatmeal too! Especially apple and cinnamon steel cut oats. But who has time to stand over the stove cooking steel cuts for 30 or more minutes? Not me these days with a toddler, and a baby. (I’ll save the steel cut oats for the weekends when Daddy can watch the kids)

For my busy weekday mornings, I rely on this breakfast bowl. So simple and quick, yet packs in so many nutrients, and is sure to keep you feeling full and give you the energy you need all morning long. The chia seeds and hemp hearts pack in the protein for sustained energy, and Omega-3 essential fatty acids to keep your brain alert and help you feel happy. And the whole bowl packs a soluble fibrous punch to help keep you on the regular and keep you from becoming bloated.
