STRONG MOM PRE-BABY TRAINING
If you’ve started thinking about planning to make a baby within the next year, or even few months and want to get into shape or want to get your nutrition on track to ensure a healthy foundation to grow a healthy baby, you’ve come to the right place. Giving your baby the best start in life is so much more than taking a prenatal supplement. Both mom (and dad) need to be fortified with good nutrition to build a child on a fully nourished foundation. After all, if we don’t build our bodies before conception, we are choosing to build a baby that will require more work after birth to achieve full health. Whether its weight loss, or strengthening and toning, together we will support you to optimize your health for conception and reproductive health and fertility through fitness and nutrition, and build a strong body to withstand and ward off pregnancy aches and pains, and common ailments.
STRONG MOM FIT TO BIRTH
Having a safe exercise program is important, as it will help you stay strong as you and your baby progress through the trimesters. Together we will work to increase your stamina, muscle tone and strength to reduce pregnancy related aches and pains, and help strengthen the pelvic floor for labour and delivery, as well as increase your pelvic floor and core muscles for optimal postpartum recovery.

STRONG MOM BODY AFTER BABY
In nine months you grew a baby and birthed your baby. Your female body is incredible! Add to that all that the female body goes through during labor, and you have become a bona-fide superhero!
Having a baby doesn’t mean that your body will never look the same; maybe it will, and maybe it has changed entirely. But in order for you to bounce back after months of extreme change, the most important thing you can do is heal, repair and strengthen the core and pelvic floor muscles. Yeah you might want to get back into exercise right away and start doing sit-ups and crunches to tone that tummy, that’s the worst thing you can do. (seriously, don’t do crunches) What we will start with is corrective exercises to heal you from the inside out, build stability, strength, and muscle endurance, tackle mummy tummy (aka diastasis recti abdominus) mum bum, incontinence and back pain.
Getting you pre-pregnancy body back (or shaping yourself a new body) doesn’t have to involve gruelling workouts and strict diets. In fact, if you’re a new mom, that’s the opposite of what you want. Together we can formulate a fitness program, and nutrient dense nutrition plan to get you back on track to heal, repair and strengthen your muscles so you can get back to training like never before!
